กติกาและเกณฑ์ตัดสินรางวัลจากคณะกรรมการ

จำนวน 9 รางวัล ดังนี้

1. Best BL Series of the Year (ซีรีส์ Boys' Love แห่งปี)

รางวัลที่มอบให้แก่สุดยอดซีรีส์ Boys' love ที่มีผลงานเป็นที่ประจักษ์ทั้งในด้านเนื้อหา นักแสดง ภาพรวมโปรดักชัน รวมถึงสอดแทรกคุณค่าอันสร้างสรรค์ให้แก่สังคม

เงื่อนไข:

• ซีรีส์วายไทยที่มีนักแสดงนำเป็น คู่ชาย - ชาย
• ออกอากาศในประเทศไทย โดยเริ่มออกอากาศภายในเดือน ตุลาคม 2566 - กันยายน 2567
• ออกอากาศผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีดิจิทัล หรือสตรีมมิ่งแพลตฟอร์ม (OTT) โดยเผยแพร่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรก
• ซีรีส์ที่เข้าชิงจะต้องมีนักแสดงและทีมงานเป็นคนไทย
• ต้องมีจำนวนตอนไม่น้อยกว่า 6 ตอน ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 30 นาที/ตอน
• ต้องมีจำนวนตอนที่ออกอากาศแล้วไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของจำนวนตอนทั้งหมด

โดยกรรมการจะพิจารณาจากหลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน ดังนี้

• 1) เนื้อหามีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ แนวคิดแปลกใหม่ (Creativity) ให้ข้อคิดและความบันเทิงแก่ผู้ชม
• 2) ภาพรวมโปรดักชัน มีคุณภาพ เช่น ด้านการแสดง องค์ประกอบศิลป์ เป็นต้น
• 3) ส่งเสริมการยอมรับความหลากหลายทางสังคม (Diversity) เช่น เพศ เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา เป็นต้น
• 4) สอดแทรกค่านิยมที่สร้างสรรค์ และให้ข้อคิดในการดำเนินชีวิต
• 5) สอดแทรกซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ไทย เช่น สอดแทรกวัฒนธรรมอาหาร การแต่งกาย สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เป็นต้น (ถ้ามี)

2. Best GL Series of the Year (ซีรีส์ Girls' Love แห่งปี)

รางวัลที่มอบให้แก่สุดยอด Girls' Love ที่มีผลงานเป็นที่ประจักษ์ทั้งในด้านเนื้อหา นักแสดง ภาพรวมโปรดักชัน รวมถึงสอดแทรกคุณค่าอันสร้างสรรค์ให้แก่สังคม

เงื่อนไข:

• ซีรีส์วายไทยที่มีนักแสดงนำเป็น คู่หญิง - หญิง
• ออกอากาศในประเทศไทย โดยเริ่มออกอากาศภายในเดือน ตุลาคม 2566 - กันยายน 2567
• ออกอากาศผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีดิจิทัล หรือสตรีมมิ่งแพลตฟอร์ม (OTT) โดยเผยแพร่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรก
• ซีรีส์ที่เข้าชิงจะต้องมีนักแสดงและทีมงานเป็นคนไทย
• ต้องมีจำนวนตอนไม่น้อยกว่า 6 ตอน ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 30 นาที/ตอน

• นักแสดงนำชาย ของซีรีส์วาย ออกอากาศผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีดิจิทัล หรือสตรีมมิ่งแพลตฟอร์ม (OTT) โดยมีการเผยแพร่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรก ตั้งแต่ เดือน ตุลาคม 2566 - กันยายน 2567

หมายเหตุ: กรณีนักแสดงเป็น Transgender ให้ยึดตามบทบาทที่ได้รับ

โดยกรรมการจะพิจารณาจากหลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน ดังนี้

• 1) ผลงานโดดเด่นเป็นที่ประจักษ์
• 2) สวมบทบาทตัวละครได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ เหมาะสมตามคาแรคเตอร์
• 3) สามารถถ่ายทอดบุคลิก สื่อสารอารมณ์ของตัวละครได้อย่างสมจริง ถูกต้อง น่าสนใจ
• 4) ประพฤติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี

4. Leading Girls' Love Star of the Year (นักแสดงนำ Girls' Love แห่งปี)

รางวัลที่มอบให้แก่นักแสดงนำหญิงซีรีส์ Girls' Love ที่มีความสามารถในการแสดงที่โดดเด่นเป็นประจักษ์

เงื่อนไข:

• นักแสดงนำหญิง ของซีรีส์วาย ออกอากาศผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีดิจิทัล หรือสตรีมมิ่งแพลตฟอร์ม (OTT) โดยมีการเผยแพร่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรก ตั้งแต่ เดือน ตุลาคม 2566 - กันยายน 2567

รางวัลที่มอบให้แก่ผู้กำกับซีรีส์ Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love ที่สามารถสร้างผลงานได้ดี มีคุณภาพ และยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมสู่สากล

เงื่อนไข:

• เป็นผู้กำกับซีรีส์ Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love ออกอากาศผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีดิจิทัล หรือสตรีมมิ่งแพลตฟอร์ม (OTT) โดยมีการเผยแพร่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรก ระหว่าง เดือน ตุลาคม 2566 - กันยายน 2567
• เป็นคนไทย (มีเชื้อชาติหรือสัญชาติไทย) พูดภาษาไทย

โดยกรรมการจะพิจารณาจากหลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน ดังนี้

• 1) สร้างสรรค์ผลงานซีรีส์วายโดดเด่นเป็นที่ประจักษ์
• 2) สามารถถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวให้ผู้ชมเข้าใจสาระสำคัญของเรื่องได้
• 3) สามารถควบคุมองค์ประกอบของซีรีส์โดยรวมได้ดี เช่น ด้านการแสดง ด้านศิลป์ ด้านการผลิต เป็นต้น
• 4) ยกระดับซีรีส์วายให้มีคุณภาพและส่งเสริมคุณค่าของความหลากหลายทางเพศอย่างสร้างสรรค์

6. Best Production Team of the Year (ทีมผลิตสร้างสรรค์แห่งปี)

รางวัลที่มอบให้แก่ทีมงานผู้ผลิตซีรีส์ Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love ที่สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน เทคนิคการผลิตโดดเด่น พร้อมยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมสู่สากล

เงื่อนไข:

• ทีมโปรดักชันซีรีส์ Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love ออกอากาศผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีดิจิทัล หรือสตรีมมิ่งแพลตฟอร์ม (OTT) โดยเผยแพร่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรก ระหว่างเดือน ตุลาคม 2566 - กันยายน 2567

โดยกรรมการจะพิจารณาจากหลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน ดังนี้

• 1) เป็นทีมงานที่ผลิตซีรีส์วายที่สร้างสรรค์ผลงานด้วยเทคนิคการผลิตที่โดดเด่น เหมาะสมกับเนื้อเรื่อง (ภาพ เสียง เทคนิคพิเศษ) ฯลฯ
• 2) เป็นทีมงานที่มีคุณภาพ ผลงานมีความสร้างสรรค์ พร้อมยกระดับวงการซีรีส์วายไทย

7. Best Series OST. of the Year (เพลงประกอบซีรีส์ยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี)

รางวัลที่มอบให้แก่บทเพลงประกอบซีรีส์ Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love ที่มีเนื้อหาเหมาะสมกับเนื้อเรื่องและมีความไพเราะ สามารถถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ได้อย่างลึกซึ้ง

เงื่อนไข:

• เพลงประกอบซีรีส์ Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love ออกอากาศผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีดิจิทัล หรือสตรีมมิ่งแพลตฟอร์ม (OTT) โดยเผยแพร่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรก ระหว่างเดือน ตุลาคม 2566 - กันยายน 2567
• เพลงประกอบ 1 เพลง / เรื่อง

หมายเหตุ: ไม่จำกัดว่าต้องเป็นเพลงใหม่

โดยกรรมการจะพิจารณาจากหลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน ดังนี้

• 1) เป็นเพลงที่มีเนื้อร้อง มีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับเนื้อเรื่อง
• 2) ถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ของเพลงได้อย่างลึกซึ้ง
• 3) ได้รับสิทธิ์ในการนำมาเป็นเพลงประกอบซีรีส์อย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย

8. Y Star on Spotlight of the Year (นักฉกซีนแห่งปี)

รางวัลที่มอบให้แก่นักแสดงรองที่มีการแสดงเป็นที่น่าจดจำ

เงื่อนไข:

• นักแสดงประกอบซีรีส์ Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love ออกอากาศผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีดิจิทัล หรือสตรีมมิ่งแพลตฟอร์ม (OTT) โดยเผยแพร่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรก ระหว่างเดือน ตุลาคม 2566 - กันยายน 2567
• รางวัลนี้อาจพิจารณารายบุคคล หรือกลุ่มคนก็ได้

โดยกรรมการจะพิจารณาจากหลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน ดังนี้

• 1) ถูกกล่าวถึงจากบทบาทที่ได้รับหรืออาจมีซีนที่โดดเด่นจนเป็นที่จดจำได้
• 2) สวมคาแรกเตอร์ตามบทบาทที่ได้รับชัดเจน

9. Best Scene of the Year (ซีนยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี)

รางวัลที่มอบให้กับซีรีส์ Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love ที่มีฉากสร้างความประทับใจ หรือสื่อสารการแสดงได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม

เงื่อนไข:

• ฉากจากซีรีส์ Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love ออกอากาศผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีดิจิทัล หรือสตรีมมิ่ง โดยเผยแพร่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งแรก ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2566 - กันยายน 2567

โดยกรรมการจะพิจารณาจากหลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน ดังนี้

• 1) ฉากที่สร้างความประทับใจหรือสร้างความจดจำให้กับผู้ชม
• 2) ทักษะการแสดงของนักแสดง ที่สามารถสื่อสารได้เป็นอย่างดี

1. Best BL Series of the Year

These awards are given to the outstanding Boys’ Love series that demonstrate excellence in content, acting, overall production quality, and also incorporate creative values that contribute positively to society.

Conditions:

• The series must feature a male-male lead pairing.
• Must have aired in Thailand between October 2023 and September 2024.
• Broadcasted on digital television, OTT platforms, and streaming services, with the initial release in Thailand.
• Nominated series must have Thai actors and crew.
• Must consist of at least 6 episodes, with each episode being at least 30 minutes long.
• At least 60% of the total episodes must have aired.

The judging will be based on the following criteria:

• 1) Creativity: The content should be original and provide insights and entertainment to viewers.
• 2) Production Quality: Overall quality of the production, including acting and artistic elements.
• 3) Diversity: Promotion of social acceptance regarding gender, race, religion, etc.
• 4) Creative Values: Incorporation of values that provide life lessons and insights.
• 5) Thai Soft Power: Inclusion of aspects of Thai culture, such as food, clothing, and tourist attractions (if applicable).

2. Best GL Series of the Year

These awards are given to the outstanding Girls’ Love series that demonstrate excellence in content, acting, overall production quality, and also incorporate creative values that contribute positively to society.

Conditions:

• The series must feature a female-female lead pairing.
• Must have aired in Thailand between October 2023 and September 2024.
• Broadcasted on digital television, OTT platforms, and streaming services, with the initial release in Thailand.
• Nominated series must have Thai actors and crew.
• Must consist of at least 6 episodes, with each episode being at least 30 minutes long.
• At least 60% of the total episodes must have aired.

The judging will be based on the following criteria:

• 1) Outstanding Work: The actor’s performance should be notably impressive.
• 2) Character Portrayal: Ability to fully embody the character in a fitting manner.
• 3) Realistic Emotion: Effectively conveying the character's personality and emotions in a compelling and accurate way.
• 4) Role Model Behavior: Acting as a good role model outside of their performances.

4. Leading Girls’ Love Star of the Year

These awards are given to the female lead in Girls’ Love series who have demonstrated outstanding acting abilities and have made a significant impact through their performances.

Conditions:

• Female leads in Girls’ Love series must have aired on digital television, OTT platforms, or streaming services, with the initial release in Thailand between October 2023 and September 2024.

Note: For transgender actors, nominations will be based on the roles they have played.

The judging will be based on the following criteria:

• 1) Outstanding Work: The actor’s performance should be notably impressive.
• 2) Character Portrayal: Ability to fully embody the character in a fitting manner.
• 3) Realistic Emotion: Effectively conveying the character's personality and emotions in a compelling and accurate way.
• 4) Role Model Behavior: Acting as a good role model outside of their performances.

5. Best Y Series Director of the Year

This award is given to the director of a Boys’ Love or Girls’ Love series who has produced outstanding, high-quality work and elevated the industry to an international level.

Conditions:

• The director must have worked on a Boys' Love or Girls’ Love series that aired on digital TV stations, OTT platforms, or streaming platforms, with its first broadcast in Thailand between October 2023 and September 2024.
• The director must be Thai citizen.

The judging will be based on the following criteria:

• 1) The director has created an outstanding and recognized Y series.
• 2) The director effectively conveys the core message of the story to the audience.
• 3) The director demonstrates excellent control over key elements of the series, such as acting, artistry, production quality, etc.

• 4) The director elevates the quality of the Y series and promotes the value of gender

6. Best Production Team of the Year

This award is given to the production team behind a Boys’ Love or Girls’ Love series that has demonstrated outstanding creativity and production techniques, contributing to the advancement of the industry on an international scale.

Conditions:

• The production team must have worked on a Boys’ Love or Girls’ Love series that aired on digital TV stations, OTT platforms, or streaming platforms, with its first broadcast in Thailand between October 2023 and September 2024.

The judging will be based on the following criteria:

• 1) The production team has created a Y series with outstanding production techniques that are well-suited to the storyline (e.g., visuals, sound, technical aspects, etc.).
• 2) The team demonstrates high quality and creativity in their work, contributing to the elevation of the Thai Y series industry.

7. Best Series OST of the Year

This award is given to the original soundtrack (OST) of a Boys' Love or Girls' Love series that features lyrics and music that complement the storyline, and that beautifully conveys emotions in a deep and meaningful way.

Conditions:

• The original soundtrack (OST) must be from a Boys’ Love or Girls’ Love series that aired on digital TV stations, OTT platforms, or streaming platforms, with its first broadcast in Thailand between October 2023 and September 2024.
• Only one song per series is allowed.

(Note: The song does not have to be newly composed.)

The judging will be based on the following criteria:

• 1) The song's lyrics and content align well with the storyline of the series.
• 2) The song conveys emotions deeply and effectively.
• 3) The song has been legally obtained and approved for use as part of the series' soundtrack.

8. Y Star on Spotlight of the Year

An award given to a supporting actor who delivers a memorable performance.

Conditions:

• Supporting actors in Boys’ Love and Girls’ Love series aired on digital TV, OTT platforms, and streaming platforms, with the first broadcast in Thailand between October 2023 and September 2024.
• This award may be considered for an individual or a group.

The judges will consider the following criteria for judgment:

• 1) Recognized for the role played or may have had a standout scene that became memorable.
• 2) Clearly portrayed the character as per the given role.

9. Best Scene of the Year

An award given to a Boys' Love or Girls' Love series that features a scene that creates a lasting impression or excellently conveys the actors' performance.

Conditions:

• The scene must be from a Boys' Love หรือ Girls' Love series aired on digital TV, OTT platforms, or streaming platforms, with the first broadcast in Thailand between October 2023 and September 2024.

The judges will consider the following criteria for judgment:

• 1) A scene that creates an impression or becomes memorable to the audience.
• 2) The actors' performance skills in the scene, effectively conveying the intended message.
